22 States have filed lawsuits against Socialist
Obama / Democrat ' Health Care Reform ' bill that
was passed by the Democrat majority Congress and
signed by Mr. Obama in March of 2010.
The lawsuits were filed against Obama/ Pelosicare
on the basis that the Federal government cannot
force Americans to buy health care. The bill
UNCONSTITUTIONALLY forces Americans to buy health
care or be fined $ 2,500.00 through the IRS. The
Obama administration and Pelosi falsely claim they
have the right to do this under 'Commerce Clause'
regulating commerce. Wrong !
Forget that raise and paid vacation you were
looking forward to, because companies can't
afford to give them anymore ! Why ? Because
Obama and his Democrat Congress are taking
them away by UNCONSTITUTIONALY making
employees and their companies PAY for Socialist
Obamacare /Democrat Congress so called ' Health
Care Reform '. How ? By over - taxation of
American citizens and businesses to pay for it!
